The Smart Track Card is a credit card sized card that is attached to your bag before flying. If your bag is lost, the unique code printed on the card allows Safe Bag to collaborate with airport staff to ensure tracking of the bag within 2 days of arrival.
Buy your Smart Track Card online www.smart-track.com or at one of the Safe Bag Airport Stores. The card is easily attached to your bag thanks to the steel wire included in the Smart Track kit.
Safe Bag is committed to tracing your luggage within two days from the date you report the bag lost at the Lost & Found office. From the third day of delayed delivery, you will be entitled to a refund of €100* per day up to a maximum of €1.000 and up to €4.000* in case of permanent loss.
How does it works:
Safe Bag identifies your bag thanks to the unique Safe Bag Code assigned to each Smart Track card. Through the integration with the SITA World Tracer system, in case your bagis found Safe Bag will instantly receive a notification with information about the place and the airport contact.
You must register your Smart Track card and activate the Smart Track service prior to departure**. Safe Bag will be able to contact you and provide you with all the necessary support to the recovery of your baggage.
