Kazan Airport

Kazan Airport is an international airport located 25km to the south-east of Kazan, in European Russia. It is the 15th busiest airport in Russia.

TRAFFIC: Approximately 2.5 million passengers come through this airport every year.

AIRLINES: Approximately 25 airlines operate from this airport, including Belavia, Azur Air, Czech Airlines, Turkish Airlines and S7 Airlines.

DESTINATIONS: Routes include Moscow, Antalya, Prague, Riga, Bishkek and Dubai.

DEVELOPMENTS: In 2012, construction began on Terminal 1A, which was opened to the public at the end of the same year. Additional modernisation took place in 2018 ahead of the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
