The Platinum Package is ideal for anyone wishing to purchase the Basic Wrapping service and two Lost Luggage Concierge services. Customers receive a free Lost Luggage Concierge service.

This offer allows the customer to use the tracking service both on the outward journey (together with the wrapping service) and on a second occasion, from any departure airport in the world (for instance during the return journey).

The Platinum Offer consists of the following services:

Forward journey

• Luggage wrapping;
• Active Tracking with SITA WorldTracer System;
• Refund for:
  • damage up to €1,000;
  • delayed luggage delivery up to €100 per day after 48 hours;
  • permanent luggage loss up to € 4,000;
• Lost & Found assistance through our 24/7 Customer Care service and our Lost & Found partner offices at the airport;
• Information services for passengers before, during and after the trip.

Second trip of your choice

• Active Tracking with SITA WorldTracer System;
• Refund for:
  • delayed luggage delivery €100 per day after 24 hours;
